11.4.1 CPU Control
CPU control detects which processor core is used and displays an additional submenu with the detected
processor core (yonah, merom, etc.).
Disables or enables the second CPU core

Disabled = C-States and GV3 are disabled.
GV3 only = C-States are disabled.
C-States only = GV3 is disabled.
Enabled = C-States and GV3 are enabled
